1. Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Angle Enterprise LLC and PUBLISHER'S LEGAL BUSINESS NAME (DBA PUBLISHER'S BRAND NAME)(collectively, the "Platform Providers") and governs your use of the services provided on lbpostevents.com.

1.1 Who We Are

• Angle Enterprise LLC – A Delaware Limited Liability Company that provides e-commerce and event ticketing solutions.
• PUBLISHER'S LEGAL BUSINESS NAME (DBA PUBLISHER'S BRAND NAME) – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of California.

Together, Angle Enterprise LLC and PUBLISHER'S LEGAL BUSINESS NAME (DBA PUBLISHER'S BRAND NAME) are referred to as the “Platform Providers.”

1.2 Our Role

• We do not create, organize, or own events listed on our platform.
• We provide a marketplace for vendors to sell tickets and manage event listings.
• Vendors are responsible for event quality, refunds, and consumer interactions.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors set and manage their own refund policies.
• If you wish to request a refund, contact the Vendor directly. Vendor contact details are provided on the event page or in your confirmation email.
• If an event is canceled, postponed beyond 90 days, or materially different from what was advertised, the Vendor must issue a refund.

2.2 Platform Providers’ Refund Discretion

Platform Providers may issue refunds if:

• A Vendor fails to issue refunds within the required time frame.
• A refund is required by law or payment processor rules.
• A transaction is determined to be fraudulent.

Refunds issued by Platform Providers may be deducted from future vendor payouts or billed to the vendor directly (per our Vendor Refund Policy).

3. Indemnification & Limited Liability

3.1 Liability Disclaimer

Platform Providers are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or non-performance.
• Event safety, venue conditions, or personal injuries.
• Disputes between consumers and vendors, including refund disputes.

3.2 Consumer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that:

• The Vendor, not Platform Providers, is solely responsible for the event experience.
• Any claims, damages, or disputes arising from an event must be directed to the Vendor.
• You waive the right to sue Platform Providers for any event-related damages or losses.

4. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

4.1 Arbitration Agreement

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.

By using this site, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court and agree to resolve disputes via arbitration.

You also waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Platform Providers.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

5.1 Vendor Content Ownership

Vendors retain ownership of event listings and promotional content they create.

5.2 Platform Providers’ Rights

Platform Providers reserve the right to remove or modify any content that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Infringes copyrights.
• Is deemed misleading.

By posting content, you grant Platform Providers a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with platform services.

6. Termination & Access Restriction

Platform Providers reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

Platform Providers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The most current version will supersede all previous versions.
