Email Address: Enter a valid email; this is the email address you will receive all notifications through (ticket sales, RSVPs, etc.).
Password: Choose a unique and strong password.
Select: “I am a vendor”.
Contact Name: The first and last name of the business owner.
Shop Name: The name of your business.
Phone Number: The phone number for your business. (This will not be visible to the public.)
Register: Submit the form. You’ll receive an email notification to confirm your account and get started.
Complete your Store Setup: You’ll be directed to your Store Setup Wizard to complete your profile.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must complete your vendor profile (including payment information) in order to sell tickets.
IMPORTANT: You must create or connect your Stripe account to get paid.
Main dashboard
The Vendor Dashboard is the management console for your account. This is where you will manage your profile,
create events, create tickets, monitor ticket sales, and manage your payment account.
Dashboard: A quick view of performance and sales.
Events: Create and edit your events.
Orders: A detailed view of all ticket orders placed.
Announcements: Admin messages and platform updates.
Business Info: Customize your public-facing business page.
Social Media Links: Add your social media links here..
Your personal event hub
This is your public event hub — a single page that shows only your events. Use it as your “events link” in your bio,
newsletters, and promotional materials so people can always find what you’re hosting next.
Add it as your link in bio (Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn).
Include it in your email signature as “Upcoming events”.
Turn it into a QR code for flyers and posters.
Share it with partners/sponsors as your official events page.

3. Getting Paid
We use Stripe Connect to process payments, so ticket revenue is deposited directly into your Stripe account for faster payouts and easier cash-flow management.
Ticket revenue is deposited to your Stripe account minus Stripe’s card processing fees. For tips on pricing tickets to cover these fees, refer to the pricing guide below.
Link your Stripe account
Visit Payout Settings.
Under Add Payment Method, select Direct to Stripe.
Select Connect with Stripe.
If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one in the next step.

Congratulations! You’ve completed the initial setup. You're now ready to create your first event.
4. Event Creation
This section covers how to create a new event listing, including adding essential details like date, time, and venue.
By the end, you’ll have a published event ready for ticketing.
From the Events page, click Create to start a new event.
Event Title & Description
Fill out the basics so your event page has everything people need at a glance.
Event Title
Description (keep it scannable — add key details near the top) You can add supporting images here, but set your main promotional image as the Banner Image.
Category
Organizer (select an existing organizer or create a new one)
Event info fields inside the Create New Event flow.
Date, Time & Location
Date & time (start/end)
Timezone (confirm it’s correct)
Location (venue name + address, or online event link)
Set your event date/time and add the location details.
Images & Categories
Add event images:
Banner: Upload your event promo image.
Event Logo: Upload a logo if available.
Choose an event category
(We recommend choosing from the existing list. For best results, keep your total categories to 3–4; too many can make browsing and filtering confusing.)
Organizers & Speakers
Some events span multiple sessions, days, or tracks, often featuring different speakers. This section covers how to set up organizer and speaker profiles.
Why Add Speakers and Organizers?
Enhanced Clarity: Attendees see a clear timetable of who is involved, what’s happening, when, and where.
Speaker Promotion: Highlight experts, performers, or special guests to boost excitement and ticket sales.
Professionalism: A well-organized event listing shows that your event is structured, making it more appealing to potential attendees.
Creating a New Organizer or Speaker
Select the “Speakers & Organizers” field.
You may select a speaker from the list or click “Add new speakers”.
Fill out the speaker information:
Name
Job Title
Speaker Group (select “Speaker”)
Email address (must be unique)
Company name
Profile photo (optional but recommended)
Add their bio (optional)
Add links to their social media profiles (optional)
Tickets & RSVPs
Choose the ticket type(s) you want to offer and set the pricing/quantity rules.
Click Add Ticket, then choose a ticket type:
Free Ticket
Paid Ticket
Add ticket types, pricing, and quantities in the Tickets step.
Ticket Details
Ticket name (Early Bird, General Admission, VIP)
Attendee capacity (how many of these tickets are available for sale)
Price (if paid)
Start Date & Time: Ticket sales start time.
End Date & Time: Ticket sales end time.
Minimum tickets per order
Maximum tickets per order
Ticket description (helpful when creating different ticket types)
Click Save Tickets after finishing.
You can add multiple ticket types if needed.
Schedules
This step is for creating the event agenda or program schedule.
Why Add Schedules?
Enhanced Clarity: Attendees see a clear timetable of what’s happening, when, and where.
Speaker Promotion: Highlight experts, performers, or special guests to boost excitement and ticket sales.
Professionalism: A well-organized schedule shows that your event is structured, making it more appealing to potential attendees.
Click Add Program.
Add program title (Day One Agenda)
Choose the program date
Click Add Schedule.
Add schedule title (Registration & Opening Remarks)
Add start and end time
Add speaker
Add location (main lobby)
Add description
This helps attendees understand what will happen during the event.
When done, continue to the next step.
Optional: add sessions or a schedule if your event needs it.
Template Options
This is where you can change the default event and ticket layout templates. In most cases, we recommend sticking with the default template.
Extra Fields
The Attendee Extra Fields feature enables event organizers to collect customized information from attendees during the registration process.
This helps make the event more personalized, improves planning, and ensures better use of resources.
By gathering details like dietary preferences, special requests, or session choices, organizers can better prepare, create a more tailored experience, and make the event run smoothly.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: The default fields are Name and Email Address. These cannot be changed.
You can choose to add these optional field types:
Number Input Field: For collecting numeric data like age.
One-line Text Field: For short, single-line responses such as names, emails, or phone numbers.
Select/Dropdown: For a predefined list of options from which attendees can choose, such as meal options.
Paragraph Field: For longer, multi-line responses such as special requests or comments.
Checkbox: Allows attendees to select one or more options from a list, like agreeing to terms or selecting multiple preferences.
Radio: Allows attendees to choose only one option from a list, ideal for binary or single-choice questions.
Date: For collecting date-related information, such as a birthdate or preferred event date.
Optional: configure extra attendee form fields.
How to add additional fields
Select “+ Add Field”
Field Label: The Field Label is the name or description displayed next to each field to inform attendees about the information being requested.
Field Types: Select the type of field you would like to add.
Field Required or Not: You can set whether the field is required or optional. If set as “required,” attendees must fill in the field before submitting their registration.
Additional Text Under: If you wish to provide additional details or instructions for any of these extra fields, you may add them here.
Repeat as necessary.
FAQs
Use the FAQs feature to provide additional information to attendees like transportation and parking details, dress codes, restrictions (e.g. no flash photography, small bags only), etc.
FAQ Title: Enter the first question an attendee may have.
Description: Enter the answer to this question.
Repeat as necessary.
Use FAQs to answer common questions before attendees reach out.
Social Media
Add social media links for your organization or event.
Click “Click to Add”.
Choose the appropriate platform icon.
Paste your full profile URL.
Repeat for other platforms as needed.
Publish
Once everything looks right, you can save a draft or publish your event to make it live on the site.
Review your event details one last time (title, date/time, location, tickets).
Click Save as Draft or Publish.
Confirm the event appears correctly on your public event page.
Publish your event to make it live.
5. Managing Your Event
This section explains how to manage your events after they’ve been created, including how to:

View sales and performance data

Use your Dashboard and the event’s Orders view to review ticket sales,
order history, and performance at a glance.
Edit event details
To edit or update an event from your dashboard:
Go to Events.
Locate the event you want to update.
Scroll to the right (if needed).
Select the pencil (Edit) icon.
Make your changes, then click Save or Update.
View and manage attendees
After tickets are purchased, you can view attendees for a specific event by selecting Attendees from the event’s menu.
From the top bar, you can filter attendees by selecting an event from the Select an Event dropdown. You can also filter by payment and ticket status,
and search for specific attendees using the search bar. Import and export options are also available.
You can view and download tickets, and edit or delete attendee information (except the ticket ID and ticket name)
using the View, Edit, and More Actions buttons.
Resend a ticket to an attendee
To resend a ticket to an attendee:
Go to Events.
Locate the event.
Scroll to the right (if needed).
Select the ellipsis (⋯) / More actions menu.
Select Attendees.
Search for the attendee using the search bar.
Click More Actions next to the attendee’s name.
Select Resend to resend the ticket.
Export a list of event attendees
To export your attendee list from your dashboard:
Go to Events.
Find the event you want to export attendees for.
Scroll to the right (if needed).
Click the ellipsis (⋯) / More actions menu.
Select Attendees.
At the bottom of the page, change the view from 10 to 100 attendees per page.
Use the filter to select the attendee type you want to export (typically Successful).
Select the Select All checkbox.
Choose an export format: CSV or JSON (CSV is best for Excel or Google Sheets).
Check attendees in at the event
To check attendees in using the QR scanner:
Go to Events.
Locate the event.
Scroll to the right (if needed).
Select the Scan attendees icon.
Scan each attendee’s ticket QR code.
The Scan Attendees icon opens your device camera to scan ticket QR codes.
After a successful scan, you’ll see a confirmation message:
